"It took a while to get a response about my refund. The discount code was not applied and I had to figure that out on my own which working with a college is not something I should be doing.

Also I suggest you make it more clear that the items are paper, I did not expect that and was really disappointed with the item.

"My experience with ePromos continues to be excellent. The Art Department did a great job getting the fine details of our logo to print which I didn't expect after communications with them.
This year's bears aren't as great of quality as last year. In a box of 25 five of the bears had mismatched mouths, one had an extra long leg and another had his nose on crooked. Don't get me wrong, they're all cute and our girls will love them, but the quality is less than years past.
