"The t-shirt size that I ordered initially was not available so Chandrell Scott reached out to me to help me find similar t-shirts with the sizes I wanted. She also helped me in making some minor changes to the art work to accommodate my needs. She sent me the proofs of the design and promised me the delivery of the product within a week. The package arrived with "perfect" order on the said date and I was very happy with the overall purchase experience. Chandrell was very nice and she took care of my needs patiently. "
"So some of this is my fault for late planning but I should have asked for a sample before ordering large quantities of this Golf Brush. They came in a box and some already had been damaged in shipping ie the bristles were already bent on the brushes that were on the corners of the box since there was no protection inside the box. Also the golf brushes are made for essentially 1-2 time use since the bristles are all bent after using once. it's definitely not worth the price we paid which was approx $5/brush -ordered 160 brushes. I will remember to order samples before buying bulk quantities next time.
During the actual purchase process, the epromos staff was pretty helpful and responded relatively quickly. They had also made an error in their internal communication regarding delivery date which after I brought it to their attention, they were able to correct quickly and ship our product to us on time. Overall experience with epromos was good. I would just plan earlier so that you can request samples before making a decision next time.
