"I had two orders going simultaneously, with the same sales representative. Order #1 went according to plan, simple, and quick. Order #2 was terrible. I submitted artwork for Order #2 expecting to get a proof back in the next couple days for approval. I didn't receive one single piece of communication, including a lack of response to FOUR additional emails that were sent to my rep AND customer service, for TWO WEEKS. After elevating the issue up to a management level, I finally received a response that said my rep was working from home and had a 'bad internet connection.' Unfortunately, I will not be working with Epromos again after this experience. I cannot count on them for timely service, and I cannot count on them to do whatever it takes to remedy a massive mistake on their part. I had to ask specifically for them to cover expedited shipping so we could get our items in time. Can't count on them, won't work with them."
