"The website showed everything I wanted was in stock. I reached out to a sales rep to learn more about some promotions going on, and she was very helpful there. I placed the order and everything looked great.
However, a few days after my order was placed, i was informed that the custom item I ordered and paid for expedited processing were out of stock, and would return later in the month. This made us miss our deadline for the original event we needed the items for, and had we known it was out of stock, we would have gone somewhere else.
Despite missing the event, we decided to move forward with the purchase. Then after roughly another week we were notified that the original time was pushed back even further. We had to cancel our order as a result.
Great customer service, easy communication which is the only redeeming part of our experience. Frustrated that a website of this size would mess up like this multiple times. We will not be returning customers or referring them to friends. "
