"I wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order and expected to receive my order in about 3 days. Today is 9 days since I placed my order. Went on their site to track my order, still shows pending. No communication with me on whether the items are on backorder or what the deal is. The only number published is the ***-***-****, no other number so you are just stuck. Same problem, no one answers the phone, no one picks up on live chat and no response to emails. Rubbermaid needs to shut this division of their company down and make the products available locally, if they are unable to process orders. If I could give them a minus 10 stars I would, because this is as unprofessional as you can get. Feel like I am dealing with someone selling out of the trunk of their car."

"I ordered a Rubbermaid tilt cart and was told that it would be delivered in a couple of days. My credit card was immediately charged; but, never received the cart. I had to order the tilt cart from another vendor. I have emailed and called to get the charge credited back to my account. As of today, the charge has not been credited back to my account. I recommend you stay away from this vendor."

"We ordered a Rubbermaid cart from this site back in May. When we recieved the cart it was missing a locking mechanism and some doors. After numerous calls and mails to eRubbermaid we finally talked to a young man who said he would assist in getting us a new cart or the parts that was three weeks ago. I have recently called several times leaving voicemails and writting emails to their website but haven't heard a peep. I would not recommend this site to anyone who wants to get the product they ordered with all of the pieces or who wants a good customer service experience."
"I made order on March 8, 2012. I got order confirmation but nothing happened. I called their support number. I emailed them using info they gave in the order confirmation. They never get back to me. 2 weeks later, the charge showed up on my visa statement under the name "Wellspring". I have to call my visa company to cancel the charge. However, today, I am able to talk to customer service. I was told the website was hacked for a few days. So, I guess you may want to talk to customer service before placing order. But then, I never get RMA as CS promised. I must dispute to get money back."
