"ETECH4SALE is awful. They charged my credit card the day after I ordered and still have not shipped my product even though they said it would ship within 1 or 2 business days. They have no customer service, no one ever answers the phone and they have not responded to any of my emails. Also I have noticed after reading several reveiws they like to claim something is in stock then when you place the order the product ends up on back order. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!!"

"This store fails to respond to voice and e-mails. I order a part and was sent the wrong part. Now I am stuck with a part that I cannot use. The RMA #18061 has been pending for a week now. Still no word from eTech4Sale on what I am suppose to do in getting the wrong part back to them and the correct part sent to me; or a full refound of all costs to me.
Think I will contact the BBB in Santa Clara to see if they can help get this straighten out.

During my downtime, I had very limited access to my e-mail, so I was not able to respond in a timely manner. I did get an e-mail stating I would receive a full refund and that the part I order would be sent to me at no charge. I did get the refund and the part is working great.
That e-mail also informed me that eTech4Sale is very under-manned and one person is handling phone calls, e-mails & RMAs. That undoubtly is the reason for the delays.
I am greatful they sent the correct PSU & it works. Things are back to normal, even though it took more time than it should have."

"Etech4sales issued a call tag to bring the order back. The order was delivered and returned back to their company on 11/26/08. They have not processed the refund and credit back to the credit card. Emailed to ****@**** and other email list the company posted on web, no reply. Called company, no one will answer you and always go into voice mail.
The company has no customer service and refund process is slow.

"I ordered a replacement keyboard for my Compaq Presario laptop from this company on the 20th of Dec. hoping (but knowing it probably wouldnt happen) to recieve it before Christmas or not too long afterwards. About a week after I ordered it I went online to check the status because I had not heard anything from them. I could not log in. OK no big deal I must of forgot my password. I reset my password and was able to get in. A couple of weeks later I finally get the keyboard (took way longer than it should have I feel). I go to install it and the ribbon is too big for the slot in the laptop. I read the invoice to make sure I ordered the right product and I did, however, the product that came was not the right product. The description says it is grey, the keyboard is black. The Mfg.# and Part # on the invoice do not match the ones on the keyboard and after doing a google search on the Inventec P/N on the keyboard it came back as a keyboard for a Toshiba. I tried to call once yesterday and tried to send them an email today but when I went to log in my password was denied, and I know it is the right password this time. Second time that I have had problems logging in to their website. So I sent them a general email. But after reading the other reviews on here it seems the only way to get this company to do anything is by posting a bad review. Then they will make excuses about how it is everyone elses fault but their own and ask you to change your review to show that they helped you. Everything about this company is shady and it sounds like maybe they need reported to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY."
