"Do not use this company. I ordered 6 Cherry Keyboards on 05/12/08, all 6 of which were showing in stock. Money was taken instantly but goods not despatched until 29/12/08. Eventually, I was sent 26 tracking numbers (this parcel has been shipped all over the US)and the goods were finally delivered 05/01/09 after numerous telephone and e-mail attempts to track this shipment over the previous 3 weeks. Imagine my disappointment when I only received 5 keyboards! This company has no customer service and the sales, purchasing and support offices are always closed! I still cannot get hold of anyone at this company. This looks like a little bit of a theme, judging by alot of other reviews on this site."

I was refunded the shipping amount in full due to not getting my order out for what I was told by customer service to be 6 days,which turned out to actually be 8 days.I now retract my last post excusing this company since I was lied to by customer service and now guarantee you I will NEVER order from them again. "I chose to buy this item from etech4sale as it was cheaper than anywhere else. However, although their shipping policy states that the ship the next business day, I had to wait longer. I had to send an email to check the status of my order and it took 3 business day to ship it. That's too long for an item that was in stock, "ready to ship".

"I ordered and got the merchendise. It did not work for the system I had so it was returned. They charged me more than 20% to take it back. Then they have yet to make the refund on the amount owed. Theri customer service is poor to none. I still have not received my credit back to my paypal accounbt or an answer to any of my emails i have sent. Be ware of this company if you buy anything you think you will need to return or have serviced.


11/24/2008 Pending Credit The cameras will not work with vista OS. If you have a camera that will will work with Vista the a replacement will be OK. If not pleae credit my paypal account. or I can take a full credit and use at your site without restocking fee. I am flexable Thanks George DUren

wrong. I sent them an email through their in page email box, no response. So then I tried calling 8 dfferent times throughout my workday today and I got voicemail everytime. So I left a message, but again, no response. Then I finally sent an email to sales@etech4sale and ****@****, both to no avail. so now im going to be receivig the wrong ite because they couldnt contact me or the vendor before shipment. I still have not heard from them, now over 24 hours later, with the wrong item on the way.

The bottom line is that this company has absolutely NO customer service, they merely outsource their sales to dropshippers. If you have any problem at all there is no way of getting a hold of anyone. I repeat, Do not buy from this merchant.
