"We were in a bind for the Maxtor Atlas 15k hard drives when two of our production servers lost their drives almost simultaneously. These particular drives were not as easy to find as I thought they would be, but etech4sale.com had an great supply. Their service was excellent and the ordering process very easy."

"I ordered a replacement fan for my 360 from them on Thursday, and received it on Monday. The fan works as it should, I would definitely recommend this site to my friends. The only problem I had was they didnt update my account to show it had shipped until the day it arrived."

"This company has the best pricing for xerox ink sticks I have found. I been using them for over a year. The website is easy to use. The only thing I would like to improve is the shipping time. "I plced an order on Friday for a two day delivery of a product. The product didn't arrive on a two day but instead was shipped out (the day it was to arrive) and arrived the very next day. Great that they did that but worries me that had I not called, would my product have even been sent out? When would it have been caught. Other than that, the folks were at least quite pleasant. I'm thankful for that because I know that would have made it all worse. So thank you."

"Sadly, my experience with them was so bad it was almost funny…almost. I placed my order on Aug 26th and received an email saying that it was being processed. After two weeks of waiting for my order, I called them to find that my order had been cancelled by "the warehouse". After waiting on hold for 15 minutes to receive that enlightening response, I was told that someone from “the warehouse” would call me back. Imagine my surprise when a week passed and nobody called back. Anybody with any business savvy whatsoever would tell you that the easy solution to all of this would have been to contact me immediately once the warehouse issue was identified, apologize for the inconvenience and offer an alternate to the item I ordered. Unfortunately, the retailer decided to take the less popular approach of doing…any guesses…nothing. They did finally respond once I sent an email as a follow-up to my unreturned call. The customer service guy apologized for not responding sooner (he actually said he was on vacation and that he handled all of the customer service emails – have they never heard of a coverage model?). After I explained how most customer service models work (alternative items, etc) he agreed and has offered an alternate item. Keep in mind that it is now Sep 24th, almost one month since my original order. In short, these guys appear to be a "bush league" operation that must have been at "the warehouse" the day they covered customer service in business school."
