"We purchased from etrailer.com because a custom Subaru wiring harness came with the purchase. They shipped us a wiring harness for a GMC.

We did a support chat with etrailer.com and they suggested we sell the GMC harness on ebay and use they money to BUY the correct harness from etrailer.com. etrailer.com was not the cheapest online option for the brake controller, we only choose etrailer.com because it cheaper overall with the Subaru wiring harness.

They should have offered to send the correct Subaru harness with a return label to return the GMC harness."
