"This would have been 5 stars except my shipment were missing the fuses. Not that big of a problem. I emailed customer service and after a few questions they were going to ship out the new fuses. The problem came when they didn’t ship out the fuses ride of way. The fuses arrived after I left for my trip. The light wouldn’t work without the fuses so I had to run to the store and buy fuses for about $8.00 and 1.5 hours out of my time. If they shipped the fuses that day it would have been no problem.
The videos were great and no problem installing the hitch. The harness could have been about 1’ longer, but I managed to get it to work out.
This would have been 5 stars if the fuses came on time and I didn’t have to run to the store.

"Needed a interior skylight cover for my camper. New one from etrailer was priced very good and arrived quickly but was about an inch smaller so the marks from the original cover were visible and the screw holes didn’t line up. It did the trick and I really don’t have any complaints. "

"I want to be absolutely fair with this review. I bought my ramps to used with a utility trailer. I own an overhead garage door business in Massachusetts. I recently purchased another landscape trailer which I used to load a scissor lift and load the commercial garage door sections for installs. Unfortunately the trailer manufacturer (for whatever reason) does not have a long enough gate to load my lift. The gate is just a little too steep.

I was excited to find your website and I ordered a set of 54 inch car ramps to solve my issue. My scissor lift is a small 30/60 scissor lift that weighs 1900 lbs. The specs on the ramps state they are rated for 1500lbs each. At no time are the front and back wheels on a ramp at the same time yet the ramps were extremely negatively impacted at even the first use. I understand that a car tire is wider than a scissor lift tire but a car weighs far more than a scissor lift. The average car which these ramps anre made for weigh approximately 4100 lbs double the weight of a scissor lift.,so I was very disappointed with your ramps performance. I ended up buying a 10 foot 10 inch by 10 inch piece of wood which I I cut in half then cut a ramp taper with a chainsaw. By no means is this ideal (very heavy) but it works just fine. Some lessons are just expensive!
