"I ordered a brake controller and wiring harness specific to a vehicle. There were multiple pictures on the web site that showed the dash mount plate needed to mount without drilling. When parts arrived - the little plastic piece that the control knob mounts to in the dash was not there. Chatted customer service and when they looked at the pictures on the web site - they agreed & said they would send me the dash piece. Called back a few days later after not getting a shipping confirmation and they said they couldn't send me the part. They actually modified the pictures on the website so the part no longer appeared in any of the pictures and I did not have any way to go back to the chat were they said they would send the part since it was in the pictures. Shady practice. I had to then buy the part & pay extra freight on it. "
