"The hitch arrived intact and in a timely manner. The spring wires used to install the bolts were the wrong size. I only realized the problem after I lower the exhaust and completed other pre-installation steps. After several hours of trying to feed the bolts into the car frame I gave up. I called e-trailer customer service and got a return label. I returned the hitch, confirmed the return using UPS tracking and now I’ve no hitch and e-trailer has my money. That pretty much sums up my experience."
