"I ordered a custom spring enhancement kit for my pickup on 9/1/24. It was listed as in stock but on 9/17 I received a notice stating that the order was sent directly to the manufacturer for direct shipment. At that point I would look at the order to see if it had shipped and it kept getting pushed back. This happened several times until I looked and the shipment date had been pushed out to 10/17 and that’s when I called to have the order canceled. I needed to take a trip and needed the springs enhancement kit before the trip so I had to go out and purchase a new pickup that would do it without the kit.
I am now waiting on conformation of the order being canceled and the funds credited to my card. That was on 10/9/24 and was told it would take 14 days to process this. Seems excessive to cancel an unshipped order and apply a refund.
