"Crooks and liars. Bought a tablet in July 2015, arrived dead. Returned and asked for a refund. Finally, after a PayPal dispute, was given a store credit. Stupid me, I cancelled the PayPal dispute thinking I could just order something new.

I didn't realize that you could only dispute a transaction once, and once closed you could not reopen it.

Made an order on the store credit plus a little extra, but the order just sat as "Processing" and there was no response to emails. Launched another PayPal dispute, got the little extra refunded immediately.

So now I'm stuck with store credit which they won't redeem, out $200 and mad as hell. They promise a refund but it never happens. So I'm posting here, on TrustPilot, on SiteJabber and all over their YouTube videos to warn people against them.

I suggest you read some of the other reviews on here too, and determine for yourself if they're genuine reviews or not. The positive ones all read like the same author to me, very ESL..."
