"I bought an iLife A4 vacuum cleaner from this company in June 2016, which arrived about mid July. The RHS brush stopped working about a week ago - 7 May 2017. I contacted Everbuying, who said the item was 'No longer in production' and there were no spares available for it. Their warranty turned out to be only for 3 months! They could only offer me US$15 for my 'wallet' - towards buying something else from them. Meanwhile I contacted Chewi iLife, and they immediately offered the spare motor for free, but there would be a 2 month delay. Of course, it may require a whole new control board, but I'll deal with that as necessary. (All that Everbuying had to do was to direct me to the manufacturer, Chewi iLife.) The iLife A4 is still being sold by Everbuying. Since then I found that Gearbest sell the A4 at a lower price and including a 12 month repair warranty. If I decide to buy the Xiaomi Mi mapping robotic vac to replace the defunct A4, guess which company I'll use?"
