"I bought a PIPO M9 tablet from that shop. The tablet didn't worked (screen flickering and no audio).

They asked me to send back the tablet, which I did.

As soon as they receive the tablet I asked what's next. They waited until the tracking was not working anymore (30 days) to respond and say that they didn't receive anything.

So I gave them the bill from the post office, they said that it was not enought. I asked the post office the proof that they receive the parcel, with the signature etc...

And the seller said that it was not his handwritting...

So I called back the post office which asked for a ID card (of the receiver) and a paper that say that he didn't receive the parcel so they can refund me (assurance).

And now, they don't want to give me any ID card because "that's an important paper".

I bought like 100 things on aliexpress, never had a such thing...

"I ordered an Android Tablet described as multitouch with a 1Ghz CPU core.
They were a week late shipping, after the despatch label had been printed for the carrier.
The item I recieved was not multitouch and it had 800Mhz cpu. They agreed to full refund including shipping (as per Aliexpress return shipping warranty.)
After they received the returned tablet they refused to pay return shipping. After much discussion they now refuse to pay any refund and have failed to respond to recent attempts to contact them.
Do not trust this merchant.
