"I had ordered many items from Expansys in the past but my last purchase has been the worst customer support I have ever experienced. The phones are locked and even the second one returned to me was still locked. Customer support is probably outsourced as nobody has contact with a supervisor. The only way I managed to get someone contact me was after tweeting a negative comment. But even now the director of customer service does not reply and Winston from the business unit hung up on me saying that this is my problem and how I deal with it is not his concern.
I contacted Apple with the IMEI of the phone they sent me and they told me it was bought from CarPhoneWarehouse in the UK."

BUT NO they are scammers as well
i ordered some sd cards and since they did not have it in stock they marked the order as shipped and here i am waiting for over 2 weeks for the items to arrive then i call them and they said they had shipped it so i asked for prrof of posting and they then admitted they had made a 'mistake' and that the item was not shipped because they did not have it in stock.
So why then did they let me purchase the item in the first place. Also, i asked to speak to a manager and they said they do not have a manager available, yh, likely story.
In total i have used expansys twice and both times they have caused problems the first time they shipped out my item 3 weeks later and again it was marked as shipped when it wasn't.
Avoid at all costs. i have contacted trading standards about this because this is illegal. By the way they still have my money and i still DON'T have my items."
