"Made a reservation with Expedia.ca in 2015 which was to different cities and with different airlines. The reservation was final with no changes allowed. We had to cancel ten days before due to a bad health diagnosis and Expedia was amazing. When we supplied all the information needed, specialist names, to prove that our cancellation was legitimate, we given all our payments back, and the agents were wonderfully kind and reassuring. That is the kind of service you need, when you are down!!!!"
