"When I called to ask about it they said they had asked for Confirmation of the Delivery Address and were waiting for that, which I confirmed before placing the order. I asked how they had requested confirmation and they said they sent it through US Postal Service???!! What??? Why not just say we were back-ordered or whatever, needless to say, I canceled the order and will never order from again! Customer Service offered no satisfaction and would not allow me to speak to a Supervisor, there probably isn't one. Horrible, if I could give a 0 star, I would."

"I was also enrolled in this VIP club and they started charging my credit card $14.95 a month. I would never knowing sign up for a reoccuring charge so it must trick you somehow for signing up for this. It gives you free shipping in the future and 10% cash back. I only ordered from them once so why would I agree to $14.95 forever? I talked to Derrick in VIP club customer service and he said my membership would be cancelled and I would be refunded for the months I was charged. I guess I'll see if this happens or not! Might call my bank and tell them these were fraudulent charges."
