I waited over three week for delivery and the excuse was that the free gift wasn't available and that held up the delivery. I had no communication from Fabriah until I repeatedly chased them. I ordered ten days ago and deliberately didn't order my free gift but have heard nothing about my order. The service has been appalling this year. "
