"My Sister ordered computer speakers on my account because hers weren't working. The same day we got a confirmation email saying they were back ordered and they would get them from another location. Shortly afterwards my sisters speakers were working. I contacted them twice via their contact form on their site and once by email. No reply. My Sister twice called their head office and left a message as to why she was calling. NO return call. She now has filed a complaint with her VISA and they are going to try to contact them. The pending ship date keeps getting later and apparently according to their site they are out of stock so obviously they can't ship them yet they billed her right away! If a product is defective, good luck hearing back from them."
"Worst customer service. I bought 2 Ipad and had problems with them within a week. One will not keep its charge and the other doesn't charge. I wrote over 10 emails to their customer service and not one reply. Stay away from them."
"I ordered an iPad for factory direct online. After realizing I had ordered the wrong model, I attempted to cancel my order, but there was absolutely no way to cancel it online. The item had not yet shipped. It was actually showing back ordered and I sent several emails and completed the form submission to cancel my order with no response (there is no phone number to call). Two days later, I received a notification that my item had shipped. I responded to the email and continued to attempt to get in touch with the company with no reply. I plan to leave my item at the post office, but I’m worried it will be returned to sender and I still won’t receive reimbursement. I would stay away from ordering from Factory Direct!?? "

"I recently purchased a Hydraulic Rowing Machine fromFactory Direct in Ontario. Even though it’s Covid time it only took six days to get here to lethbridge alberta from the time I ordered it! It came properly packed And was very easy to put together and only took about a half an hour. I ordered this machine because I had wood like it years ago and it worked awesome! It’s a little stiff but it needs time to loosen up with the hydraulics when you first use them. Awesome experience with this company!"

"Purchased a collapsible sun shelter. It broke while we were gently assembling it. We are experienced tent campers and did nothing abusive; we were in fact following instructions and a cheap plastic component failed. We returned the product within a few days of purchase and the "policy" was no return except for store credit so be warned; once these greedy people have your money you won't be getting it back. While we were at the cash processing our return another customer was trying to return a device cable that he had purchased literally minutes before. He went to his car, installed the device and it failed to function. He was being refused a refund as we left.

"Bought a JBL sound bar that was claimed to be brand new. Box was opened, wall mounts were missing, serial number had been registered. Of course no refunds and they don't answer emails. I took a chance even I know they are iffy and somewhat scummy to deal with. The bar works but no warranty to speak of since it was already registered by someone else... hopefully JBL will at least send me the wall mounts. "
