I ordered a ceiling fan from Fanquote.com that is sponsored by
Doubleclickmall.com on Jan 27,2006. This company has no customer support, no
phone access and an impotent e-mail system that auto-responds with bogus
'support', like we will contact you in 24 hours--it does not happen!
To date, I have received no product and no response to my efforts to
communicate with them--it is very frutrating. Evidently, Doubleclickmall.com
also no access, no e-mail response, invests in over 20 internet sites, see
PC-desk site comments on your site, more dissatisfied customers; I only wish
I had known before they took my money on my credit card!!
