"Customer service I felt was rude. "Monica on live chat. You can't even call and talk to a live person. I ordered two dresses for the same event and when you go to checkout on PayPal you automatically pay expedite shipping way over charged. On one dress I did get half a refund but when I tried to get a refund again on the second dress I was rudely ignored half way through the conversation. "Monica the live chat person" stopped talking to me altogether. The dresses I ordered was a size 16 and size 4. I bought them 7 day days apart. But y'all shipped them together which was great but I paid over $30 on expedite shipping where's my refund????? When I "called" sorry when I "Live chat with Monica" I told her the size 16 dress was way to small. My older daughter bought the same size dress (16) it was to small. Now I have to try and get a refund some how or re-size the dress. The dresses look nice but the sizes are way off. I'm very disappointed in your customers service very rude and not very helpful in solving my problem. I will never use you or recommend you to anyone. Good prices on dresses but I can pay the same at a local dress store. Thank god the other dress size 4 fit cause if not there will be a big problem. Well there is a big problem cause I want a total refund plus shipping for that other dress. So I can go buy a new dress. I'm not happy. From now on only MADE IN THE USA for me. If it was made in the USA then y'all size run small for super skinny people. We are not all built the same. Y'all will be hearing from me. You can count on it.
