"Purchased 3 items, they shipped 2 which were ok. The 3 rd item not shipped, emails and phone (open on Monday) calls did nothing to get last item. I am going to contest charges on my credit card also try the Norton purchase guarantee that I received with my order. Them write to the Better Business Bureau in NY . My advice stay away from this Company.

"I placed two orders a little over a week ago and received confirmation emails about both. However, more than a week has gone by with no shipping confirmation, so a few days ago I started calling customer service at Faucet Stop’s 800 number. Nobody picks up, and the automated message says they are now closed and will reopen Monday (it is now Wednesday; I’ve been calling since Monday). There is no way to leave a message. So I contacted customer service via email and asked if they could please update me on the status of my order. The only response was an email saying both orders were cancelled. Which is odd because they took my money and didn’t refund it. So now I’m out over $600 and have to go through my bank to deny the charges. This business is a total scam. Next time I will go to a reputable company like Ferguson to buy the plumbing fixtures I need. "
