"I even don't want to put 1 star either. I ordered figure skating boot for my kids and ordered Junior 1 size. The box delivered said it is junior size 1, so we started to use it. However, after used several times, we noticed that this boot was not Junior 1 but Junior 2-1/2. We noticed it from inside sign of the boot and we found it accidentally.
The custome service of Figure Skating Store was very bad and they said it was "our" mistake because we didn't notify them the size was not correct when we received it. Who is doubting that we get a wrong size from what mentioned on the box and what we ordered ...?
Does this happen so often through your website ?
Everything was unprofessional and I will never buy anything from this store.
Please be careful. They are sending wrong sizes and they say it is customer's responsibility to find it :("

"Bought a dress from them and need to exchange for a different size, everything went well at the beginning and then they didn't even send out notice when your exchange is on the way so you could watch out for it, and my package was stolen. Customer service wouldn't respond online or via email until one week later, and kept saying it's not their fault and asking me to contact the shipping carrier. I understand it's a bit unreasonable to expect a full reimbursement from them (although it's a common practice lots of merchandise would do in my experience), but their attitude really **** people off. "This is the worst company and I will NEVER shop there again! HORRIBLE customer service and HORRIBLE return policy! I ordered a pair of pretty spiral skating pants for my daughter for Christmas. I paid attention to the sizing chart and tried to select the correct size. I ordered in November as a Christmas present so when it arrived I wrapped it so she could open it on December 25th. After she tried it on the pants did not fit and she can't wear them. This company has THE WORST customer service. Because the pants were bought in November and now it is past 30 days they can't be returned at all! All I wanted was to exchange for a different size so she could wear them and customer service was horrible and refused. Very unfair! What was I supposed to do, give her the pants in November when they arrived to try on, so in case it didn't fit, I could return it? Now I have a pair of beautiful unworn skating pants that don't fit my daughter, can't be returned and I've wasted a lot of money! A 30 day return policy for Christmas shopping is completely ridiculous when many people start shopping in November! It's not like I wanted my money back, I just wanted to exchange for a size that fit. Completely unreasonable!"
