"I bought a box of these logs and tried to burn one in my fireplace. It didn’t it light well so I added wood. I tried a second log later which also did not light to form a flame but the two nasty smelling logs smoldered for days stinking off burning plastics. I poured water on the logs 36 hours later since they still were smoldering BUT never had produced any noticeable flames. That night my whole house began to reek of burnt plastics. In the morning I poured a gallon of water on the remaining log since it still was smoldering. If I had closed the damper we all might have died!! These logs say “ cleaner burning than wood”. Not likely. I have had to open every window to air the house out. DO NOT buy these toxic logs. Throwing the out!!!"
"First of all it took them three tries to ever get the chair to me breaking appointments that I scheduled life around! Only one guy came and really struggled to get it in the house and set up. It was hot outside and in the middle of covid. He did NOT wear a mask and did NOT wear the white gloves as promised. He sweated all over the papers that came with the chair so I had nothing to read about how it works. He had a hard time getting it to work right. He told me the wires I questioned that were left hanging were extra wires. They were not! The chair is so uncomfortable!! It makes my neck hurt sitting in it. I can not sit in the chair in comfort. It makes my tailbone and hips hurt, so I have to put pillows and soft blankets around me to even try to get comfortable. The hand held controller is in a terrible place. Keeps falling in the hole!! The guy did not know what to do with the oval pillow. I put it in the lower back but keeps falling in the hole. When I raise and lower the chair, it rocks to one side then the other. When I turn on the **** it is so loud I can not stand it. Right by my left ear!!! Sounds like a submarine!! I have called so many times asking to address these issues and more only to be told I would be called back. Guess what? Never got the call!!! There is no money back guarantee! You order it and its yours, weather you like it or not!! I got the chair August 24, 2021. It is now January 6, 2022. I guess they will not be calling me!! And now first street is Journey!! Got bought out! Please save your money based on my experience and do not buy this chair. I wish I had never invested so much on what I was mislead to be the perfect chair! It's NOT!!!

"Was told that the petite sleep chair was perfect for a short woman. The salesperson Toni convinced me to buy. I could not go out shopping because I had a fractured vertebra. I can’t use the chair because it pushes my neck forward since my head does not come up on the pillow of the back."

It was used two times in our house...and is absolutely in 100% original condition. "I bought the Zinger chair for my 92 year old mother. I was only give 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep the chair which cost me $2300 plus $100 shipping. I had trouble getting my mom out in 7 days for her to try the chair. When I finally got her out to try it, she had trouble with the level system and her hand got tired of holding the start button. I called to see if I could send it back and buy the Zoom chair which was more expensive. They would not allow me to do that. So I have a $2300 chair Thai can not be used. I was going to have the chair packed for me, so it would be packed good. Very unfair rules that has cost me a lot of money. Great chair, I just need the Zoom instead of the Zinger, so my mom can use it. Not happy at all with company."

"FirstStreet’s repair policy is for the customer to pay for repairs and shipping to VA warehouse even if the needed repair is due to a design flaw as it was with the Zinger chair we purchased. Firststreet’s customer service representative Sean provided extremely poor services-few return calls during the 15 days of dealing with the issue only to be told about the above repair policy/procedure. Note the return policy is only a 14-day period insuring we would be ineligible! Be aware that FirstStreet Corporate staff Hunter Donaldson, VP Sales & Customer Services and Jo Hayden, Director Customer Services do not adhere to the mission statement on the corporate website: “…committed to providing quality products…Everything we sell has 100% satisfaction guarantee”"
"My husband ordered a sleep chair from this company. Shortly thereafter he became critically ill. When I received our credit card bill with a charge of $2,198.00 I called them. When I was told what it was I explains that we have not received the chair and I wanted to cancel the order. She told me that it was already out for delivery and they would charge me $200 return fee, a 5% restocking fee and the original delivery fee. All this for a chair that has NOT been delivered.

"I bought a GPS locator. What I received was a substitute (which did not work). Similar – but different – product, by a different manufacturer. When I called and brought this to their attention, they sent me a postage-return label to send it back. I was told that they no longer have the ones shown on their product page. I was refunded the money, but not the original $12.95 postage to ship it to me. I then called to complain, but the woman I talked to blew me off, citing "company policy" about not refunding shipping. This was 100% their fault and when I kept repeating that, she dismissed everything. This is outright theft. Do not shop at this company.
Ultimately, my bank contested the transaction and forced a refund."
"Simply awful first time experience with this company. Ordered a full-page magnifier for my dad's birthday and paid for 2-day express shipping to make sure it would arrive on time. They immediately charge my credit card. 4 business days later I have no product and have heard nothing from the company that it won't be arriving. I call and learn for the first time that the product is backordered and I would not receive it for a month. First and last time I will shop with this store. It is particularly troubling as much of their product mix is geared to the senior community, who are vulnerable."
