"Same thing has happened to me! Made a bank transfer for a treadmill in January 2011 and now were in March and they still haven’t got back to me or replied to any of my e-mails since I asked for a refund. I have spoken to a woman twice and a man also and they had always re-assured me that my item would arrive etc, but after a month when they were in breech of the distance selling regulations 2000 contract I e-mailed them and asked for a refund, also did the same in writing and no one has got back to me. I have made a police complaint and also spoken to consumer direct but I want to take more action as they cannot continue to take peoples hard earned money like this!"

"Recently ordered with these, and I would advise everyone DO NOT USE THESE, they do not deliver the goods and they do not value customers. I did not go through google, I wanted to pay cash on collection which offered a 10% discount so I thought it must be in their interest for me to do this, however over a month later and I am still being told we prioritise our google customers,therefore their is no stock left for you! I would urge people not to pay in advance, as I have read reviews where people paid back in september and still have not received anything! I don't know how these people are still in business and why people are still using them!

"Ordered a bike off fitnesstimes for 100 pound the way you pay (now thinking about it) is abit dodgy you gotta transfer money to there account from yours no card payment aloud aswell as 2 months to deliver .well anyways afriend asked me about it couple of days later I explained wot I done and he said sounds dodgy you better off canceling payment but I was to late so I phoned them and they said my money would take 10 days to get refunded and 12 days later no money phoned again and they said that I was told 20 days and low and behold no money sent loads of emails without reply or money. I phoned them back and I was laughed at when I demanded my money was then told they were reporting me to police for email harassment and if I wanted the money I gotta take them to court. I'm posting this so others don't get ripped off with these scammers I'm posting this on as many sites as possible to warn people pls don't let these take your money like they have with me. "This is not a particularly reputable company. I, along with others that have contacted me, ordered goods in Sept, paid for by my visa card, and to date (Jan 2011), have not received the goods. The 0800 number stated on the website, although it rings, no one ever answers.The owner is very unprofessional, and after numerous emails that I sent, he finally responded, stating he had to lay off staff, blah blah blah.... and by the way, if I wasn't prepared to wait for my goods (over 3 months had gone by at this stage), he wasn't prepared to refund me. He requested that I prove I paid by debit card, when surely he has invoice copies. He threatened legal action after a page was set up on facebook, but still he leaves people to do their own chasing to get back their hard earned cash.
The website is still up and running, and unlike others, does not state whether goods are in stock.
I would not, under any circumstances, recommend this site to anyone..... unless you just want to give yourself a great big headache."
