"I purchased a floor mat for the carpet, I made the mistake as have others of not checking on here first.

It took a few weeks to arrive but I thought that it was ok, even though I had thought I was buying from a UK company, to find out it actually comes from Germany.

I left it to settle for 3 days in place before using it. But it only took 2 months for the cracks to show, before 3 months I was having chunks of plastic dropping out. When I contacted them to complain I was offered a 16% refund and asked to send pictures. After seeing the pictures I sent they offered me a 23% discount.

I wish I could publish a photo on here to show you the state of the mat 3 months in. It only became apparent how badly damaged the mat was when I removed it as it was placed on light tan carpet. You can clearly see deep cracking in a full circle where the chair sat, with large patches of missing plastic that has completely come away. It is shocking the damage done in such a short time frame."

Mat came in tiny box, has been all crumbled when unfolded, mat been laid flat on the floor for 2 weeks and it is still crumbled and plenty of folding marks are visible.
Floormats expect to send faulty product back at my own expense so they can investigate it! - unacceptable."

"AS with the last couple of reviews, my floormat broke within days of using it, I sent pictures and was offered a full refund.

After a month I followed up and now being told I must return the item to Germany for inspection before I get my refund.

"We ordered from this store in early April. Payment was take immediately but it took them a good few weeks to deliver. I didn’t mind this and expected delays due to Corona but updates were only provided once I asked and information was limited. Product finally arrived but it was half the size we ordered - totally unusable for what we needed! I explained this to them, they said they don’t have the product we ordered and for the product they did deliver, they offered me a generous 20% discount... for a product we couldn’t use. So I asked for a return and immediate refund. They organised the return but we had to pay for repackaging it and again, information was sporadic. It took a long time to process the refund - it came through at the end of May. I asked for money to cover the extra packaging and for an acknowledgement that they had held on to my £139 for 1.5 months - all these requests were simply ignored. So it’s the end of May now and all we have had is hassle and annoyance but still no floor mat. Won’t order from there ever again!"

"How can you take people’s money on the internet, charge delivery, charge insurance not produce the goods? By my standard that is stealing which is exactly what you have done to Inand my severely disabled husband.

And then you don’t answer your phone 4 times and keep people in automated queues for 6 minutes on each call after you fail to deliver.
