"Terrible return policy. I accidentally ordered two dresses instead of one. I have to pay return shipping and a 25% restocking fee on it. I am giving such a low score because they were rude about it when I called."

"Make sure you read the return policy closely. Their opening page states free shipping but if you return anything not only do YOU have to pay to ship back to them but they CHARGE YOU THE FREE SHIPPING and a 25% restocking fee. I will never buy from this company again. The dresses they offer are found on a hundred other web pages."
