Embarrassed, Terrible, Awful

"I recently ordered a flower arrangement that was shown on their web page. What arrived at my cousins was an embarrassment. The flowers weren’t even arranged, totally different flowers than the arrangement I ordered. The flowers were terrible. I posted the picture on social media and most of the responses were “horrible”. Their customer service feels they are in the right. They told me it was an upgrade from what I had ordered. It was absolutely terrible. Warning “DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR FLOWERS. I wish I could post pictures os the flowers. I never seen such poor taste and quality before. Overall I am very unhappy. They refuse to give me a refund or resend a proper arrangement. Flowers from a gas station would have proybeen nicer."

Horrible experience

"Ordered a sympathy arrangement and it was horrible. It arrived brown, dead, smashed and broken stems. Embarrassing. They are unwilling to refund my money. They do not honor their 100% guarantee. They do not answer their phone and mailbox is full so all correspondence is done via email. They wanted me to have the recipient Re-box the arrangement so they could send a new one. Why would I want another dead arrangement and WHY would I ask a grieving family to go thru that process! Shameful request. Would give a negative star if possible. Don't ever order from this company! Will be calling my card company and then reporting this business. Horrible company."

Worse EVER Customer Service

"Never-even if this company was last on Earth would I ever do business with them. I tried to work out a significant problem where the wrong arrangement was sent(by one of their vendors-"Exotic Flowers, Boston, MA) for a death in family! The sent an arrangement with flaming Fluorescent pink bows and pink carnations for a sympathy arrangement!!!!!! The CSR could not have been more rude, nasty, and dismissive!!! She would not let me state my issues and interrupted every word transferring blame to me, the customer! She stated I indicated I wanted "pink" flowers- the arrangement was a Dish Garden with plants only, not cut flowers!!! OMG- never again!!! Customer BEWARE- find a florist that appreciates your business and is NOT verbally abusive!!!"

"Can I put negative stars
Ordered flowers 2 days in advance for a b-day. No show. When I emailed customer service, oh the place that was suppose to deliver is closed.
Okay but they were super quick to charge my credit card. Can't get resolution on my refund. So much for their 'guarantee' - complete BS
Charging back thru the credit card company - but the refund does not do justice to when you want flowers delivered

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

"VERY RUDE. WHAT I SENT WAS NOT WHAT WAS PICTURED. I REALIZE SUBSTITUTIONS HAPPEN BUT THIS WAS MORE THAN THAT. I CALLED THE LOCAL FLORIST TO SEE WHAT PICTURE THEY GOT AND THEY SAID NO PICTURE JUST A WRITTEN DESCRIPTION. I CALLED 800 NUMBER BACK AND GIRL SAID THAT THAT LOCAL FLORIST LIED TO ME. I AM GOING TO THE BBB NEXT. THE GIRL KEPT TALKING OVER ME AND I SAID PLEASE STOP TALKING AND LISTEN TO ME. I AM THE CUSTOMER. SHE SAID EXCUSE ME DO NOT TELL ME TO STOP TALKING. THEN I ASKED WHERE THEY WERE LOCATED AND SHE PUT ME ON HOLD AND NEVER CAME BACK. WHAT? SHE DID NOT KNOW WHERE THEY WERE LOCATED? PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. "

"I went on line and picked a picture of beautiful white roses with purple mixed in and ordered it for 59.99. Total in all, just under $80.00. When the flowers arrived a day later that advertised, It was a tiny little bunch of white roses and almost no color at all. Nothing like what the picture looked like. Very disappointing. And if that is truly what I was to get for my $80.00, than your picture sure was deceptive. Needless to say, next time I will not be calling you, I'll go get them myself and know what I an paying for!"

"Horrible rip off fraudulent company! They will charge your card even if you tell them not to.

I told them I did not want to order after speaking with the customer service rep to find out they dont even stock their own products and offer no guarantee the item will be delivered in good condition.

They got a really nasty attitude and told me Im free to complain if I want and they would be charging my card WITHOUT my authorization.

Never dealt with such a rip off company. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB
