"I had made a huge order online ($220 Canadian in total including shipping) , and 4 items (5PIN-JPN-ZP-HARNESS) came defective. I had emailed them and was very frusturated. I was responding back very rudely in the emails and it was very wrong of me to do so... but I was so frusturated, so they understood. Heres the thing, I was refunded back for the 4 defective items last week, AND I was just notified by email that they will be sending me 4 replacement items free of charge once they are in stock again! They did NOT have to do that, especially with the way I had communicated so rudely to them! This just goes to show how AMAZING their customer service is and how they go above and beyond for their customers. I am truly sorry again Focus Attack. Thanks again for everything! I highly recommend them to EVERYONE! They have amazing products online for purchase and absolutely the BEST customer service around! God bless their kind hearts!

"The product did not arrive, and when I contacted support to investigate the delay - their response was a five paragraph email on how shipping is not their respectability, and outlined how they had no intention of resolving my issue. The subtext and tone of the email also took multiple opportunities to blame the situation on myself for not choosing a more expensive shipping option. Truly appalling service for them to immediately jump to the outcome where they don't need to help me before even contacting the courier."
"I ordered two items separately a day apart so I just bit the bullet and paid for shipping twice. Since the first item hadn't shipped yet, they grouped up my items and refunded the shipping cost of one of them. I had to come write a review of how awesome it was for them to do this for me without even having to ask. Thanks!"
"My order was placed near the week of Christmas. Long story short. I did not get my package a month later! I called Focus Attack and my local post office. Both said it arrived on Dec 23rd, 2016. It was now January 2017! I then knew it was postal delivery error because of the holiday rush. (My wife checks our community mail box often). A week later the package came! I thought the post office found it. I wrote to Focus Attack to give them a update. I then learned that they sent me another shipment free of cost after my package never came! My original order was not insured so it was such a gracious thing they did. I was bummed out earlier because I wanted this Christmas gift for my brother. Thank God for their awesome customer service. It means a lot to me. Thank You."
"Well this was my first time order from focus attack. And i must say it was awesome. I was initially going to order parts from lizard lick. But if you look at there facebook page its full of negative comments about people putting in orders 3 or 4 months ago and not receiving there items. So i started looking around and i heard some one mention www.focusattack.com on a forum. I am so happy i did! i received my item it was shipped amazing fast and it arrived a few days after i put in the order it was amazing. I tend to get this kind of service from places like Amazon prime etc Not from such a small shop but it was awesome. Highly recommend."
