"I had bad experience with this company. I saw Force Factor's TV commercial offering 30 days free trial of their TEST X180 and ordered it online through their web site.
According to their web site I created a membership account by placing a trial order and had 34 days to cancel my unwanted and forced "membership", else they will charge and ship a real order. I saved the screen before sending the online free of charge trial order. After 18 days they shipped a fully charged order using my card information I have given to pay for shipping the "free" trial.
I contacted Force Factor and complained about their business practices. Mr. K of the company customer service explained to me that they have duplicate landing pages, each with different "membership" cancellation time, and that they decided to downgrade my "membership" to one that allows me to give a cancellation notice after no more than 18 days from the trial order. My claim that I have a copy of the trial order computer screen saying that I have 34 days was dismissed obnoxiously.
Force Factor did not alert me of the changes they made to my "membership" terms nor did they asked my approval to that. They did not send any acknowledgment nor an order confirmation for the trial order showing the change of the binding condition of forced "membership. I believe the lack of documentation is done deliberately hoping you will forget about their "conditions" thus giving them the opportunity to "grab a deal" and charge you automatically.
I am returning the unasked "order" and will do whatever I can to get a full refund, including refund for the return shipping cost! Beware of this company business practice. Do not do business with them and save yourself the hustle.
