"Horrible customer service. I was sent a pack of four bushings with one broken in the package. Was then told they were on back order (Found out from my local ford dealer they are not) and couldn’t replace them, instead they decided to refund me for the one broken bushing leaving me one short and you can only buy them in four packs. They refused a full refund unless I payed to ship the bushing back but if any more broke on they way back there would be no refund. Only reason I was looking for a full refund is they chose to mail plastic bushings in a padded envelope instead of a box but charged me $10 for shipping."
