"So why did my shipping cost up?
My shipping estimate was based on my zip code and showed the city of my post office. But, when I checked out, my shipping went up because my physical address in PayPal is not the same city associated with the zip code (although same post office and right next door). I would have tried to change the physical city to match the postal city (as some things we receive are addressed that way), but you gave me no way to do that except to send me back to PayPal to change it there. I don't want to change my address in PayPal. Give me a way to change it on your page.
Other than that, my shopping experience was good. As with most parts sites, the pictures don't always match the text, but I'm pretty sure I got what I needed and at a good price."
