I used their website guide with my truck information in to select the part. Tried to do a return immediately after I pulled it out of the box because I know it was wrong. had to spend over 45 min total on the phone with them for them to even consider accepting the return sue to their faulty part suggestions. The lady told me I should have used my VIN number when ordering originally. Well if that would have been presented as an option I would have done exactly that!"
