"I bought a part using my vin# and from the description, sounded correct however, when it arrived, it was not the correct part I needed. I tried calling and was told that I had to go through the website using the help button which I have done now 3 times over the past 2 weeks and have never received a response. They want a 20% restock fee and I have to pay to ship it back when really all I need to do is exchange it for the correct part. Yea, the prices are a hair cheaper than other places but zero customer service. At least at my local dealer I can return the part or exchange it. I'll never buy here again. Lesson learned the hard way."

We sent what was ordered and does fit your vehicle. Based on your RMA submission, the specific console you are looking for is a different part number. We do not offer exchanges. All standard returns are subject to a restocking fee. Again we apologize for any inconveniences. ”
