Anyway, parts arrived very well packed and what made me decide to take my chances with FordPartsGiant was their website was as clear and easy as it gets so with your VIN number it will be hard to make a mistake to get what you need.

Just fyi, I found that out after the fact.
Now on to the real issue
After a separate purchase, This vendor shipped and charged for parts that should not have been sent.
Contact with the vendor was less than helpful as they are rude, not concerned about the customer, nor correcting the issue.
They let me know there's nothing they would do to help. I could request a return when parts arrive.
The parts arrived, I requested a return the same day.
They said they would send me return authorization. They said return shipping is my problem they will not assist.
I found in the fine print of their return agreement, that they can and will refuse a return for any reason. I followed every step of their process to the letter.
The parts were returned. They said "they needed a week to inspect and make sure parts were not damaged".
Following up a week later, they outright told me they would not honor the return, but would not say why, then hung up on me.
Calling back, as soon as I get transferred to the returns department, the call gets disconnected... every time.
So I called with a different phone, I got through.
They said they would send me an email telling me why my return was rejected, but would not ship parts back.
I called, trying to reach someone for a week with no luck.
The parts were never installed, never opened, never removed from the original shipping packages, they were returned same day as "authorization" was given, they were tracked upon return, they were insured upon return, the return request was copied in duplicate, taped to the box, and slid inside the flap of the box, the box was then reinforced with extra packaging tape and cardboard.... all at my dime. They acknowledged the return was made, but refused to return my money, then refused to talk on the phone after.
I was out hundreds of dollars due to their scam. Ultimately the bank gave me my money back, and also closed my case with, insufficient evidence and communication from the vendor.
Save your money. Don't get scammed by these people. It's outright fraud, they need to be shut down!
Also, remember, this company is in no way affiliated with any OEM.... "

After days and days of waiting for my order to ship out, it was cancelled due to your website incorrectly quoted shipping cost. Charged me thirty something dollars for shipping which seemed viable. When cancelled they said it should be around 100 which seems a bit high for a company as large as this."

"OEM parts at beyond great prices"
"Desparate for a discontinued Ford part, I sought out the part # online that was provided by my local Ford dealer. That too ended up being mistake #1 as it was the wrong part #. Similar but not the right part. FordPartsGiant confirmed though via their search tool that indeed the part was the correct piece for my model and VIN #. It was not. The part was not even close. I called their customer service department to inquire on the correct item. That person was useless. They didn't know anything about any of their parts. And don't even get me started about the useless search to confirm if a part will match your vehicle because it obviously didn't work. And you cannot rely on the diagrams on the website. They are small and grainy and overall poor quality.
Needless to say, I requested an RMA (their term for a return request). It was granted, but upon reading the RMA form, I realized it was not worth returning because :
1. I would pay return shipping costs, which is often industry standard, so wasn't surprised.
2. A 20% restocking fee would be deducted from my return, which was also stated in their material, so again, not a surprise.
3. Return had to be in orginal box and packaging material and would be inspected upon their receipt. This is where it they lost me. The box had been damaged in shipment before I even received it. When I opened the box, the part was loosely placed in an open plastic bag. No labels, no paperwork, nothing. What I received was poorly packed so if they judged the return item to be less than what they wanted, they arbitrarily could deny even refunding my original price less 20% and my out of pocket costs for shipping. It's going in the trash. "

"I spent over $60 on flywheel bolts and these people sent me a $2 gasket and 4 nuts. I was counting on this company to get my parts because they had them in stock and ready to ship before the weekend. Now I can’t complete my project on time due to their incompetence. They made no attempt to remedy the issue and only offered to review a return request when they could get around to it. I can’t fix my car because their staff cannot tell the difference between a bolt and a gasket. A good lesson learned though. Now I know to NEVER buy from fordpartsgiant ever again. "
"I ordered a Turbocharger from this company which showed the gaskets came with it. Upon receipt there were no gaskets. It took 2 days, with numerous calls, and emails to be told the gaskets did not come with it and must be ordered separately. Their web page for this item (DL3Z-6K682-F) clearly shows a picture with the gaskets and does not state anywhere that the gaskets are separately purchased items. I find this very deceptive and will not recommend nor use this company again."
