"The website experience was great, The parts I purchased were exactly as was expected. The only really small issue I had was the delivery date. I placed the order on a Monday, the delivery date was supposed to be that Thursday or Friday - so far, so good. But come Tuesday of the following week, I had to call to see what's up because my order was still showing "PROCESSING". After making the call. it was answered by a very knowledgeable person who looked up my order and told me it was shipping that Wednesday, delivering on that Thursday - which in fact it did. This product shipped from Arizona to California - not very far at all. My little problem is I feel that if I had not called, this order would still have been sitting in limbo for whatever reason - hence the 4 star instead of 5. To be fair, the extra week did not affect my install timeline, just not liking a delivery date given that was not accurate or achievable. "
