"My experience for being the first time buyer was very good, the part shipped quickly and I received it earlier than expected, for this reason I say that my experience with Ford Parts Giant was very good.
When it comes to contact the company and speak with Tech Support, it was and still is difficult, I’ve tried to contact them several times and tried different options with no luck, one can only communicate with them via email, in my case I needed to speak with someone, didn’t have time to wait for an answer via email.
It is my opinion that buying parts at Ford Parts Giant (if you don’t have any questions) is easy and they ship quickly, when it comes to their technical support they need to have a live person to answer questions, why list a phone number if there isn’t anyone to pick up the phone?

"I ordered a lower valance panel for my '18 Ford Escape. Ford Parts Giant had a good price for the OEM-shipped part. The part arrived and it was CLEARLY a second or a reject that Ford Corporation parts tried to palm off on an unsuspecting customer. Ford Parts Giant was AMAZING in their fast response. I sent in the photos of the OEM/Ford Parts system quality failure. RMA was issued promptly.
I received a no-cost home pickup label (UPS) that work flawlessly. I sent the defective part back to Ford parts depot much better packed than I received it. Once UPS verified the pickup a replacement order was placed with Ford Factory Parts. Second part arrived, still very poorly packed (ends had poked through the box in handling) but just minor rub issue. The second part was PERFECT. Snapped into place easily, matched the Ford bumper support PERFECTLY.
I highly recommend Ford Parts Giant as a supplier of original Ford OEM parts. Shouldn't take two parts to get on good one but that's on Ford Quality (Helen Keller's in charge?) not Ford Parts Giant. "
