What kind of damn customer service is that. Especially for damn parts. Where FordPartGiant (FPG) was quite impressive was when it appeared that Ford had made a mistake when manufacturing and marking the part. At first the wheel cover did not fit nor look exactly like the OEM wheel covers. After weeks of back-and-forth FPG was prepared to take the part back at no cost to me for a full refund.
