"I recently shopped this store for my son. I purchased several items. None of the items were marked as clearance. In fact I never went to a clearance section because I was only shopping the tables so I could set my items that I wanted to purchase on the table while I continued to shop. There was a young lady in the department trying to clean so I told her that the items were mine and I was going to purchase them so she would not put them back. (no carts in store) I arrive at the counter to pay and asked the young man who rung me out if they didn't fit my son could he exchange or return what did not fit. When I arrived home none of the pants fit. I myself returned to the store two days later to exchange them for a larger size but then was told that I could not do that with two of the pants that were purchased because they rang up on my receipt as clearance. I was going to exchange the other items but after talking to the manager I returned everything except one shirt which my son forgot to put in the bag oh yeah and my two clearance items. The store manager had a nasty attitude when I spoke with her. Since I run stores I asked her how was I to know that the items were clearance? She stated that all clearance items had a red sticker on them. When I explained to her that none of the merchandise was marked as clearance she huffed and went to look. Clearly after she tried to make me look like I was stupid or could not read she saw that the two items in question were not marked. So then she said I should have looked at my receipt. I had no items marked clearance so why would I check my receipt after the purchase? Cashier's usually put the receipts in the bag. So again I asked her how was I to know that these items were clearance. Had I thought I had clearance items I would not purchased the two items because he was not with me. They had not been marked as she told me all clearance items were marked and they were on the table with all of the other items purchased. The rudeness and her over all attitude were appalling. The cashier was extremely polite and the manager treats the employees like stray dogs so its not surprising that she also treats the customers that way. It just surprises me that she has been allowed to do this for so long. There are several employees that used to work there but have sought other employment in the mall due to this managers attitude. In fact one told me that corporate will not do anything about complaints. I thought I would try anyway so I called their corporate office. The guy never asked which store I was in, what my name was, what would be a resolution or anything. He just told me to send photos of the tags on the pants so they would have proof. lol The proof was me being in the store! It was my first time shopping this store but I will NEVER shop this store again. They must have gotten a shipment because you could not even walk in the store. There was so much freight being processed. It looked like they took the entire shipment and put it on the floor. Anyway it is a shame that customers have to be penalized for the manager's poor direction in getting her staff to follow procedures. In fact after her lecture on how mark downs were tagged she looked like an idiot when she herself saw they were not properly marked. A clear indication on how she runs her store. Also you would think with her being in the store she would have had her staff not have so many trip and fall hazards over the entire sales floor. Between the totally unorganized mess on the sales floor, the missed mark downs, the treatment of the staff and what we can't see they will eventually go out like Sears, payless and the rest! There are plenty of similar shops in the mall like H&M, Express and several others with the same price points give or take a dollar or two. They are more organized & customer oriented. Certainly they don't have managers who want to argue with you about clearance tags when she can't even get her staff to price the items correctly. Like they say it starts from the top. The store manager is always accountable for what goes on in the store. Never shop this store if you want a great shopping experience! As for the two clearance pants I will give them to the good will because when I go to Starbucks I spend the same on two cups of coffee. In conclusion it's not the $14 that was the issue. It was the treatment of your less than professional person that you have in charge of your store. I can't even call her a manager because if she was managing the store and the processes then you would not have the issue. Since it ask for the transaction or invoice number I put down the one that the two clearance items were on. I did not use the other invoice which had more items on it that will be returned as well!"

I took this opportunity to explore their plus size section online being that I've lost some weight (went from 298 to 180 yall!!! HEEELLL YEAAAHHHH) So I tried a few of the rompers and the jumpsuits cuz, of course, I look phenomenal in them. To my surprise, after an amazing delivery time, I received this amazing romper and jumpsuit, i mean AMAZING. From the material being perfect to the outfit being indiscriblily adoreable fun and full of life that made me look exception and instantly became hooked!! the site was easy to navigate and the app is even better! go yall!! go!!"
