"Horrible customer service. I signed up for a 7 day free trial and was charged almost $15 dollars after 6 days of my 7 day free trial. When I called to get this corrected I was told repeatedly that "Well, the system says you were to be charged on this day" (the 6th day of my 7 day "free" trial) and when I REPEATEDLY (like 10-15 times!) demanded that I speak to a supervisor I was repeatedly told "Well, my supervisor's just going to tell you the same thing I'm telling you" and was told repeatedly that I would not be refunded. I was never transferred to a supervisor and only and ONLY when I raised my voice and let out a few choice words was it mumbled to me that I would be issued a refund in 7-10 days. I will anxiously be waiting for my refund and will NEVER do business with this company again!"

"This company is a joke and the website is so deceptive. They claim to provide you with free trial at the beginning, but then after you fill in you registration form and proceed to see your score, they automatically charge you money without placing order, entering credit card info, seeing the total charge, or confirming the transaction. They will not even email you with a receipt or anything after they charge you. If you do not monitor your bank account, you may not even notice. The CSR told me that if I don't want to be charged, I must click 'No, thanks' when I was asked whether I want to proceed to see my stuff and then I will be able to view my score. WHAT??? It's like, you offer me a free sandwich and I must say 'No, I don't want it' so as to get it, otherwise, I will be charged???

I am not the only one. Guys, google this company and see how many negative feedbacks and complaints they got over years. Many other stories are much worse. BTW, the CSR firmly said that they would not refund me. A complete scam, period.
