"I was looking to buy LG counter depth refrigerator and found fumfie having one of the best prices. After having brief chat with their representative Jon, I got a call from sales person, Elliot regarding order. Initially I had some concerns regarding delivery and Elliot was very helpful and patient and answered all my questions.
He also matched the price from a competitor from which I was originally thinking of buying. I was little hesitant during order but Elliot assured great customer experience. So after talking to him - I had ordered refrigerator. Now looking forward for delivery of it.
So far experience is pretty good and I am looking forward for refrigerator. Will leave another review once I get the delivery. "
"DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES FROM THIS STORE!
I placed an order for a refrigerator back during Thanksgiving Holidays. They did offer a lower price and free shipping on the unit. Since I was ordering over the phone with Elliot, a 2-3 weeks timeline for handling + shipment was given to me, and I was expecting the unit to arrive before Christmas as Elliot had suggested. On Dec 10 they charged my credit card from an account that had no "fumfie" in it... I called them first right before Christmas, and Elliot said the item is in stock but has not been shipped yet. The same answer I got the first week of January with an additional promise to ship it within 10 days. Well... now 10 days have passed, and they still have not shipped it and cannot estimate the date of shipment (while confirming that the unit is in stock).
I am cancelling my order and requesting the credit back. So based on my experience (and apparently on experience of a few others) I would not recommend to deal with this business since they do not always fulfill their obligations to their customers."
"Elliot was an extraordinary customer service rep that assisted us with our many problems when we were buying a sales rep. He answered our questions well and was able to give us discounts too. If there's another problem I have when I'm shopping for appliances, I'd call would call him right away. "

"Worst online order experience ever! I ordered a refrigerator online on 9/17/14 and my credit card was charged on the order date. I was called by Fumfie on 9/22/14 and told it would cost me an additional $300 to have it shipped. I refused to pay more than was quoted online and cancelled the order on that date. I was told that my credit card would receive a credit within 5 business days. It is now 11/4/14 (43 days) and I still have not received that credit. I have called and emailed them multiple times but continue to be "passed around" without any results. NEVER order from them!
They finally sent me a refund check on November 14, nearly 2 months since the initial order. Whew!"
