"Placed an order for 2 EOS-M kits with the 22mm STM lens on a Friday. That Sunday at 1pm I got a call from a downstate NY phone number that I did not answer. 2 minutes later I got an email from James asking me to call to 'confirm my order'. I tried calling but despite it being within their business hours, I got a recording telling me they were closed (Sunday at 3pm Eastern). I immediate emailed James back telling him that if there was any problem or delay with my order to cancel it and refund my payment. That Tuesday there was a call on my answering machine from the same downstate NY phone number but this time James left a message asking me to call and 'confirm my order'. I called back and he asked me if I wanted to add a '1 hour battery' or a '2 hour battery' to my order ($30 or $40 respectively). I told him that I just wanted the battery that came with the camera. He told me that it was a '30 minute battery' and pushed again to have me buy another outrageously priced battery. I declined. 2 minutes later I got an order conformation email from Fumfie. That Saturday, 2 grey market cameras arrived from dismantled kits without the Canon software disc. The web site stated that the cameras were USA cameras. Just do business elsewhere. These folks are definitely dodgy at best.
EDIT: Shortly after posting this review I was contacted by Henry at Fumfie.com. He sent the missing CDs offered me $50 credit for future purchase which I accepted. "Oh and one more thing ... " he said. He wanted me to edit my review. I switched it from 1 star to 2 without changing the text as everything I said was 100% accurate. When I tried to use my credit Henry stated that there would be no credit unless I falsified my review. I wonder how many reviews here have been falsified? All these reviews by folks that say someone 'helped' them at Fumfie in my opinion represent extorted / falsified reviews. If you placed on order online, why have any contact with a rep unless there has been an issue? Buyer beware. Read between the lines folks and avoid this seller. I just switched the review back to 1 star."

" I have been the victim of non-delivery of a product, and then refusal to refund my purchase price . This is on top of false advertising for said product, which they never even had. Check out complaints against them at the BBB website, they have 53 complaints against them for the last year alone, most of them product-delivery related and advertising-sales issues. I purchased a refrigerator from them on July 29, 2014 and paid for expedited 7-10 day shipping. I found out after that the refrigerator was never in stock, yet they told me it was on national backorder. Each week they told me it "would be coming in the next week." It never did.
I started trying to cancel my order on Oct 3, and was told of new dates for the national backorder to arrive. I attempted to cancel my order multiple times: 10/3, 10/11, 10/24, 10/31 and 11/13. Each time I was told it would be there the following week and was offered extended warranties to not cancel my order. In fact, one of the times I tried canceling was 10/31 and the "warehouse manager" Steve told me that a refrigerator mysteriously showed up and was being sent out to me. 12 days later, nothing.
I made my final cancellation request on 11/13 when Steve admitted that the refrigerator was not coming in and I would be getting a refund along with another extended warranty. When I didn't receive my refund by Dec 1, I contacted them again and was told that "they were having a problem with their credit cards" and that they would be mailing me a check sometime in mid December. Steve told me they have to go through a system of checks and balances, investigations and a lot of other nonsense.
I threatened to contact the BBB and he finally called me back and said the check will be in my hands by Dec 5. Well, it is now Dec 5 and no check. I called again and spoke with Steve. He told me the same garbage again, that the accounting department needs to go through checks and balances and won't send me my refund until they are done. Always one absurd excuse after another. I repeatedly asked to speak to the accounting department and was always told that "they don't speak to people"
Bottom line, I have been strung along for 4 months. They've refused to cancel my order. They refuse to issue me a refund. They lie about product availability. They lie about sending out refunds. I am still waiting for my $2595 refund and have contacted the BBB, NY Consumer Affairs, FTC and NY Attorney General among other agencies to help. Stay far away from this disingenuous and shady company.

Edit: Finally received my refrigerator and was compensated for the delay. In the end, I'm happy I ordered from Fumfie because I saved almost $2k."

"Terrible experience with Fumfie. 3 Weeks to "process" the order then it never shipped. Called and emailed multiple times and got the run around. They told me it was "on the truck" and gave me a tracking number. Unfortunately the shipping company showed "ELECTRONIC BILLING INFORMATION RECEIVED" and they never received the product to ship.
