I have been searching for the best price for a LG refrigerator. Elliot helped me all along the way and was very informative and friendly. "I ordered the GE Cafe Range, the Back splash that goes with it and the Samsung Microwave with extractor. I could not be more pleased with the customer service from Fumfie. The prices are incredible and the service is exceptional. The price difference was so great, I inquired as to whether they were new or refurbished products! All NEW.
The arrived in perfect condition, on time. Elliot is outstanding.

"Worked with Elliot and Sean on chat and phone to price match a lower offer I saw on an lg ventless washer/dryer combo. Elliott was very friendly and understandable of my situation (I live in a condo with 1 1/2 flights of stairs) and we were able to work out a situation where I could get a home delivery that would make them the most competitive price. "Overall a fantastic shopping experience. I ordered a refrigerator and dishwasher from Fumfie. The dishwasher arrived at their warehouse damaged. Initially, Elliot at Fumfie was waiting for the new dishwasher to arrive so both items could be shipped together, but I explained that I could not wait and needed the refrigerator as soon as possible. Elliot arranged for the shipment of the refrigerator the next day with the dishwasher to follow (essentially paying for shipping twice). All this at no additional cost to me. This level of service is far too rare these days. I will use Fumfie for all future appliance purchases."

"I placed an order for a Canon Vixia HF G20 camcorder directly over the phone w/a Fumfie representative. I ordered it through them because their advertised price was $879 w/free shipping. Of course they tried to upsell warranties, batteries, memory cards & other accessories, even after I explained this was going to be a back-up camera for our underwater video & we had already purchased all those items. Upon giving my credit card for payment, the agent advised me the full cost was actually $899. When I questioned why there was an additional $20 charge since their website stated free shipping, he answered that is for insurance. However, their invoice I received, listed $20 for shipping. Shortly after I ended my call, I received an email from Fumfie stating Please contact our billing department 1-***-***-**** Ext: 316 as the billing address you provided does not match the one on file with your credit card company or additional verification is required. I ignored this as it was obviously 1 last try to sell me additional items, as I had verified all my billing info when I placed my order. I did promptly receive our camera. However, the packing had obviously been opened previously, as the remote was just laying in the bottom of the box unwrapped & the box top was torn open. The contents of the box were not sealed as the same camera had arrived from another store, that I bought my husband at Christmas. I regretted making this purchase w/Fumfie. I should have just ordered our 2nd G20 from the same store as my 1st, as their price ended up the same because they truly did offer Free Shipping. "

"Placed an order for a new Nikon camera that turned out to be a grey market (import) camera, therefore exempt from Nikon USA warranty. While they offer to warranty the item themselves, it was NOT made clear at the time of purchase. "Processing" of my shipment took almost 11 days,in spite of the camera being "in stock". To make matters worse, I noticed that the charge to my CC was $50 higher than the total upon checkout. When I called back I was told I had gotten the camera cheaper than what I had ordered it for, I told them that they had their numbers wrong and that I was charged more than the sales receipt. The rep told me that it was the shiping insurance, in spite of free shipping being plastered all over the site and the checkout process. At NO point was there any indication of a $50 insurance fee for shipping. They did offer me a free battery as an apology but would not refund the "insurance".

UPDATE:
Fumfie contacted me within an hour of posting my review to resolve the issue. They promised a refund of the charged insurance. I'll post an update once refund processes.

UPDATE 2:
I received the refund on my card a few days later. It's a shame it took this much work to resolve a simple communication matter but I am glad we were able to work things out.
