As a result, I was denied coverage on some malfunction issues and had to pay Sony to fix and lost the use of my camera for 4-6 weeks not to mention the poor quality photos I took at an important function. A Fumfie Customer Service representative contact me and more than satisfactorily resolved my concerns and as such I have modified the rating accordingly. Overall, this company deserves a five star rating for customer satisfaction."

"I ordered a refrigerator with Fumfie in the Rockaways N.Y.
They originally told me it would be a week before I received tracking info for the fridge.
After a week went by and I hadn’t received anything at all I called them, this is when I started dealing with A man named Simon. He said he would look into it and get back to me. 3 or 4 days later after I never received a call or email I called him. No info yet, he will let me know. After this went on for a month he started playing games with me, wiggling the phone cord so the connection sounded bad and would break up so we couldn’t talk. Then other times he would put me on hold for 10 to 15 minutes at a time to see if he could get me to hang up so he wouldn’t have to deal with me. All the time this was going on I didn’t realize what he was doing. I’m now a little ashamed for not “seeing” sooner. Then for a couple of weeks he would transfer me to “another department”. It was a woman. She would tell me the same lies. “I’m going to get you a tracking #”. “I’m going to see why the refrigerator is still on backorder”. “I don’t know why it’s on backorder for so long”. They charged me for the refrigerator when they took the order, so now I’m realizing what I’m dealing with and am becoming concerned about getting my money back. After 2 ½ months, yes 10 weeks, I finally told the woman and Simon you are a liar, give me my money back. It took quite a fight but he did give me my money back.
This was a Tuesday morning, by 3 Tuesday afternoon I had the same make and model fridge ordered through an official distributer of that manufacturer. He explained to me that the manufacturer probably wouldn’t give Fumfie such a new model fridge because he was not a distributer of theirs. Fumfie was just trying to take a sale that they weren’t supposed to have. They didn’t care at all about me or what they did to me. 3 Tuesday afternoon I gave the new appliance store the order, by 6 o’clock that evening I got an email from a trucking outfit, they were going to pick up the fridge, by Friday the fridge was at my home.
PLEASE read all of the comments people have posted about doing business with Fumfie BEFORE you give them an order, you’ll be glad you did.
The Better Business Bureau has over 70 complaints for Fumfie in the last 12 months alone!!!!! Do you know how much trouble you have to go through to get a complaint in to the BBB!!! And the BBB has them listed with an A rating, their the first ones who are going to hear from me.

"An absolutely horrible shopping experience in every sense of the word. I ordered a new refrigerator from Fumfie with 7-10 day shipping, and after waiting for 2 weeks with no delivery or update of any kind, I discovered that they had not even processed the order because the "address on the credit card did not match the shipping address". This was completely incorrect, the addresses were absolutely the same, the only difference was that Google Wallet submitted the full 9 digit zip code instead of just the 5 digit.
I then attempted to contact their customer service about it. I called the 800#, I got a message that they would be closed on Thurs/Fri for Jewish holidays, and to call back Sunday, followed by an immediate disconnection. Note that the call was placed on Wednesday.
After I finally got in touch with them, they said "oh we're so sorry we'll ship it immediately", and then proceeded to take 5 more days to actually ship it. This was AFTER I informed them that their mistake was causing significant issues, as we were trying to list our house for sale and were waiting for the new refrigerator to show up to do so.
3 weeks later, the freight carrier they used finally contacted us about a delivery. They had picked an arbitrary date without consulting us in any way, and it was scheduled to show up the next morning in the middle of several real estate showings, which was completely unacceptable. The only thing they could do to reschedule it was to "pull the shipment from this truck, and send it a week later".
Incompetent order handling, poor customer service, poor shipping carrier choice, and no attempt to actually rectify any of their mistakes, and not even vaguely close to a "7-10 day delivery time"."
"Ordered four GE appliances on 8/18/13, delivered on 9/15/13 - 20 business days later. Paid additional to have dishwasher, gas stove & refrigerator installed. Delivery crew scratched my new kitchen cabinet and dented the right door of the refrigerator. Dishwasher will not drain. Range oven will not go pass 100 degrees. Fumfie customer service was horrible. Promised to address these issues every time I called. I am still waiting after calling everyday and sending emails. Had to take this up with my credit card company as a dispute. I have two supposedly new appliances I've had for 15 days and cannot use. Very disappointed with Fumfie."

"I saw a great deal online and thought, let's check them out on resellerratings. The score here is excellent so I went ahead with my fridge order with white glove delivery (up to 10 business days).
Here I am 10 business days later and still no tracking number. I called a few days ago and was told I'd at least have tracking by today. Tried to call back today (3 PM EST) and got the store closed answering machine! The website says closes at 4 PM while the answering machine says 5 pm.
Update:
Got a call from Sean sorting out the tracking number issue. He handled the issue very professionally. Now waiting for the trucking company to schedule delivery.
Additionally, Fumfie takes their reviews very seriously, which is a nice peace of mind. Unfortunately, while I planned to update the review after having scheduled delivery with the trucking company, some one at Fumfie felt the need to badger me to update my review sooner because it hurts business. Honestly, it hurts business to not have things go right the first time.
Delivery update:
The fridge was shipped via AM Trucking, which doesn't have quite the good reputation. This was confirmed today on delivery when the drivers wanted $40 because my stairs to the second floor had more than 8 steps. Ridiculous! But fumfie took care of this for me and will refund me $40. Awesome!
Unfortunately, my stair handrail was damaged by the drivers and now we need to deal with corporate for AM Trucking.
Regardless, I'm glad that fumfie was able to back me on this one."
"The people at Fumfie.com were pleasant to work with, but I am writing this review to discourage future shoppers from getting the "white glove" delivery service from AM Home Delivery (which Fumfie.com sells/uses). AM Home Delivery has an "F" rating on the BBB. They were supposed to deliver the appliances on Monday, but "the truck broke down". A quick Google search finds that the "truck breaks down" a lot. They said they'd deliver the next day. The next day they called and said it'd be a few more days but that they'd call to confirm - no one called back. I called their office ~15 times the following day; they never picked up. I finally reached someone in the corporate office who said delivery was confirmed the following day. I had to scramble to rearrange my day so I could be there for the 3pm to 7pm delivery time. They didn't actually show up until almost 7:30pm. Fumfie had said that this "white glove" service would install everything and confirm it was working. Nope. They drop it in the approximate spot in your house and leave the trash in your driveway. They refused to do anything beyond that. They also tried to charge me extra to bring the appliances up the steps."
"For all the trouble that I'd start, looking through the myriad vendors on the east coast that ship import cameras and equipment, Fumfie was a breath of fresh air!
Fumfie is the first vendor that (a) beat the best price listed on the website without me asking, (b) offered peripheral equipment that makes sense (like a long-life battery) at unbeatable cost and (c) provided amazingly quick and responsive customer service.

It was held up at the border due to a labelling error and they waited 5 or 6 weeks before shipping a second package out. I received the product on the 7th week.
