"These guys are complete criminals. I placed an order (and was charged) on 10-26-12 for $979.82 for an Onkyo A/V Receiver. I sent several emails over the next few weeks asking where my product was, and was given cursory responses saying the order was processing, shipped but no tracking number, etc. Because of hurricane Sandy, I didn't realize until January 6th that I never received the item. When I called, on the 6th, I was told by Jack Greene that a refund couldn't be issued because it was Alberto, who assured me that he processed the refund and it would credit my account in 1-2 business days. On Wednesday, January 9, I still hadn't received a credit. I called again and spoke to Jack Greene, Simon, Allan, and Albert (who was especially rude, and actually hung up on me). I ended up having to go to American Express to get a credit for the almost thousand dollar charge, and ended up losing a customer because of not having the item. Would NEVER do business with these scam artists again."

"I was hesitant at first to buy my camera from fumfie. I read the on-line reviews and they were very mixed. Some people reported a good experience while some told of all sorts of problems. The purchase was fairly hi-dollar, so I really didn't want to have problems. Despite this, the price was great so I decided to give them a try. Now that the purchase if complete, I can say that I am very pleased with the result. The product was as advertised and it arrived quickly. The only problems were 1) if you have to call customer service, you have to wait a long time. As long as you expect it and have some time to wait on hold, it's doable. 2) The second problem was that the camera I ordered was missing its charging cable. Apparently, someone had removed it from the box prior to shipment. I called (and waited on hold) and they were very professional and quickly shipped me a replacement. Given the low price of the item, this was still worth the effort and I would do it again. My only other comment concerns the sales tactic that they use to encourage you to augment your purchase. You get an email saying that you need to call customer service. Once you get through to the rep, they make you all sorts of product offers to sweeten the deal. I actually accepted one of the upgrades, so it worked out for me, but I think this type of tactic is probably why some of their on-line reviews are less than stellar. I'm a wary customer, so it was no big deal to me, but some people may feel its unprofessional and may not like it. Overall, good product, good price, and I'll likely purchase from them again. "
