"I got my order number 92928 of Nikon D5300 bundle delivered today. I see Nikon Camera body box was open and 18-140mm Nikon lens was not in Nikon original box packing. After bad rating, customer care contacted me and clarified my question. 18-140mm Nikon lens was from other Nikon camera box and this is why it was not in original Nikon box.
Customer care representative was also saying Nikon D5300 with 18-140 would cost more than $1000 in Bestbuy or other retailers. Just to clarify this to him Bestbuy is selling it for $699.99:

About the bad accessories, they agreed to fix defective pieces. So, I will revisit the review after few days of usage. Good thing is Fumfie agrees for a full refund and you can always go for same product for few extra bugs with other retailers. I am satisfied with the customer service."

First things first, Fumfie competes on prices (and usually wins). So, you have to just acknowledge that you're going to get a website that's a little dated, some inventory hiccups, and sometimes a long hold — they're competing on margins and it shows.
So, they botched my ship time (item wasn't in stock, despite website showing it was) and then they kind of mismanaged the initial communication. But boy did they make up for it; their customer service (specifically, Elliot) went the extra mile. Helped me out the whole way through and made sure I got my order when I needed it by.
They did such a good job, that I have no hard feelings and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Honestly, it kind of amazes me that they can provide on-the-phone customer support with these sort of prices."

"I purchased a Canon EOS 7D Mark II DSLR Camera (Body Only) at fumfie. The reason for my purchase was to upgrade from my old Canon Rebel XT. I have to say I was a bit leery of ordering with them due to some of the reviews I had read. They weren't the absolute lowest price I could find, but the other 2 places had very few reviews listed, or the reviews listed were mostly bad. The price difference on these sites was less than $20. I'm not sure if they charged tax and a delivery fee, so fumfie may have been the lowest. I did have to call fumfie back to confirm the order and they did give some suggestions of accessories to purchase at this time. I spoke with John Patrick, he was very polite and not pushy about buying accessories. FedEx attempted delivery on the 5th business day. Since I wasn't home I received it the next day. It does not appear to be a "Grey Market" product. I registered the camera on Canon's website with no problems. It came with the accessories listed on fumfie's site and the owners manual. I'm very happy that I made my purchase at fumfie. The camera is working flawlessly. Now I Just need to save some more money to upgrade my old lenses. "
