"I never write reviews onlines, but I feel like I should for furniturite as they really are excellent. I stumbled across them online as I was looking for a bunk bed and they not only delivered the bed quickly, they also assembled it. I just sat on the sofa and let them build it. They even removed the boxes! It took two men over two hours to assemble it, so I am so glad I did not try it myself!

Their prices are great and even with the assembly charges, it did not cost much more than the bigger online retailers. The bed came in three massive boxes and many reviews from other places stated that some pieces were missing. I did not need to worry about that, as all the assembly was done for me.

The other thing great about furniturite is their customer service. There seems to be one person (Emily) who is easily reachable via email and phone. I wanted to add a mattress to my order. I just emailed Emily and she processed it. I did not need to worry about completing online forms etc. It is great to have customer service from a real person. It makes the whole process so much easier. The mattress did not fit well with the bed, and it was a easy process to return it."

Bought Kincaid Carriage House occasional tables and they looks great in the living room. It's a great size also and not too heavy so if you need to move them for the hovering it's easily done.

"Everythings working out perfectly with the bunkbeds. They're some of the sturdiest we've come across, as we tested a few in the shops before we bought anything and they didn't even compare to these ones. The price was very reasonable, also cheaper in comparison to other stores we had previously looked at. We had them assembled by Richard, who was very pleasant and helpful and we are delighted with the service we recieved. It's smiles all round from us here and we will definitely be back to order again."

"I bought Coaster's 300148 Sofabed. The sofabed is fine, can't complain. It looks great and works great and it's really comfortable, although it would be more comfy if it was made with material instead of leather, but thats the way it goes. The service I recieved was excellent and the delivery was here in no time."
