"Don't ever sell anything on g2g, I was a loyal g2g seller with over 120 successful trades and a 98% success ratio. 2 months ago a random person with a fresh 1-day old account reported me and my account has been frozen ever since. I've sent them over 20 emails over the past 2 months, provided ALL the proof of my innocence and they told me they were "investigating" it. There is still 300+ euro on my account and support is just straight up ignoring me for weeks now.
I would highly discourage people to use this platform since a random fresh 1-day account with no pre-purchases buyer can freeze reputable 120+ sales sellers without question asked. I've lost all hope to ever see my money again.
Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, I'll save you the trouble and just use another marketplace.

"I made a purchase on the site today, minutes later my order was processed and canceled, keep in mind the money was taken out of my bank account. I then spoke to my bank and they informed me that the money was already taken out and I needed to contact G2G because the money was related to them. refuse to say anything intelligent and explain anything but "contact your bank", and bot responses. The sad thing is the money is sitting with G2G and with zero customer service, your forced to put in a claim and dispute with your bank which can take up to 2 weeks. On top of that, G2G tells you tbis crap like anyone possibly understands what this means.

"I bought NA immortal on g2g (ORDER №25234354) and resold it on g2g itself (7271401) account has been banned and g2g refuses to refund me, but forces to refund this from my balance to the end user, why is g2g team being so biased against me? i still have my insurance but they do not want to listen at all, it is a shame that a forum that i once loved is the one im working on only because there are no alternatives right now.
my average sales on their platform is more than 12-13k$ a month and i also promised them more than 30k$ purchase orders but i have no idea why they are getting so biased against me, they are forcing me to run out of business.
UPDATE : - THEY HAVE CANCELLED MY IMMORTAL SALE ORDER, BUT THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL THE PURCHASE ORDER, why is the final customer protected and im not?

"I buy 4 accounts 1st one was stacked with games around 200€, after 2 months the account was locked by steam bcs he has 1st mail and he can back the account. 2nd account was minecraft account for my friend. Before i buy it the seller change the email 5 minutes before he give me the account and my friend cant change the email and the acc was gone after 2 weeks. 3rd account i buy was Rust account i still have it it was fresh acc i have no problem. and 4th acc was minectaft for antoher friend and he still have the acc. "Bought an account on the site from a Russian seller, shady I know. It initially went off without a hitch but since it's a Minecraft account I keep getting told to change the email after 30 days, whatever. 30 days pass and I get locked out of the account because the seller changed the password on both the email and the account. Believe me when I tell you I don't think he understood a word of what I said when I went to him to talk about it. Submitted a ticket to support because the seller hasn't replied to any of my problems. Whoever was in charge of my ticket closed it without ever responding to it and when I tried to reopen the ticket the same person closed it again. This could just be a rare incident but yeah, never going back there.
They may have given a refund in the end but this doesn't actually change the fact that the account was stolen from me by the seller, they're simply trying a bandaid solution. The seller also sells high-progress Hypixel accounts which is coincidentally was what I ended up making. After weeks of tickets (because someone kept closing them without replying) they just said the refund was final because I'm guessing the seller never responded to them with proper information. Again, it's not the sites fault I got scammed but they are essentially funding this seller to keep stealing accounts from people. The site also doesn't allow comments on seller pages to warn others to stay away from that seller."

Don't answer mails, seller doesn't say **** and when he does he just does it so that you don't think it's a scam, he then doesn't say anything for another 3 weeks. Placed an order so much time ago and still didn't get anything and it was more than 150euros.
You can't get refunded cuz you get only store credits they don't get you the money back even if you don't receive the order. "G2G still keeps hurting their sellers, I was working there till today and I had over 700 completed order and 540+ positive feedback there as a seller, today they canceled an order that was completed 1 year ago based on a report of the buyer and took my money from my pending payments and in this 1 year, anything could be happened to that account by the buyer. when I wrote my story in Trustpilot they also disabled my selling permission but that was no problem because I was not going to sell on their website anymore, they are trying anything now to steal from both buyers and sellers."
