"The prices may be good, but at least when you order from a reputable company, you know where your package is, and you can speak to customer service. I am very dissapointed in the fact that I ordered a product and paid for 5-7 day shipping and they did not follow through. It is the 9th business day, I still do not have my package, and I can not get ahold of anyone. They say they have 24 hour customer service, they are lying, you cannot even call anyone on the phone.
